Can we provide sample for free?
Yes, we can provide free samples, but you need to pay for the shipping cost of the samples.
How long does it take to produce the products?
Excluding the preliminary communication on product details, after you confirm the production details and pay the deposit, it generally takes 7 days to complete the production of curtains and 14 days for furniture.
How long is the warranty period?
We will be responsible for repairing and accepting returns if there are any non-human-induced quality problems within one year after the customer receives the products.
